An ice crusher is a manual or electric device which is used to crush ice cubes for cocktails and food. A manual ice crusher is usually made from plastic or metal and features an open top with metal teeth which crush the ice into a container below. An electric ice crusher has a blade powered by a motor to crush the ice.
