Thank you for your kind comments. We apologise if you felt that the delivery service was not up to the expected standard. We can confirm that if your order is delivered by DPD (all next day orders and large orders), you will receive a timeslot texted / emailed to you on the day of delivery. If delivered by Hermes you will receive the order in 2 - 4 working days and we are always able to track the order and speak to the courier directly over the phone to obtain estimated delivery dates, so advise all customers to contact us directly if they need information on this or advice on when their order is going to arrive.
